Raising a child hampers future salary prospects: report
Absenteeism for maternity, childcare and other family reasons are estimated to contribute towards 9 per cent of the gross wage gap (of 16 per cent) between men and women, according to a report commissioned by Diversity Council Australia and prepared by KPMG. More
