When the G-G swore in a new PM, it felt like the summation of a year of firsts for women and leadership in Australia. Whilst the number of female Chairs of ASX 200 companies remains embarrassingly low, 2010 proved to be a year of historical importance.
New research showed a more mixed picture, however, of women’s success in leadership.
