Queensland Rail strives to offer a fully integrated development package where our employment strategy for women is integrated into our broader leadership program. We recently launched our Senior Leadership Foundation program, providing individualised leadership capability development for our senior leaders. Our women leaders are also provided with additional opportunities to attend learning and networking forums such as the Women’s Leadership Symposium to support them in their individual journeys.
