The Women’s Leadership Alliance combines four leadership development workshops with powerful peer group networking to create an unprecedented forum for professional development, personal empowerment and ongoing support.
The program is the culmination of extensive research by Women & Leadership Australia into the most important aspects of career development and the most effective ways of learning. Following on from the official workshops many Alliance groups have formed lasting relationships, regularly meeting up to discuss their challenges and successes.
