The Regional Women’s Leadership Forum is an inspiring and invaluable day designed to support the leadership and career aspirations of women throughout regional Australia.

Run in various locations throughout the country, The Regional Women’s Leadership Forum provides an excellent opportunity for regional and rural women to take time out to connect with other women from their community and reflect on their own career path and skills development. Under the guidance of a nationally acclaimed leadership expert, Forum participants undertake an engaging journey of self-analysis and empowerment as they consider their own personal strengths and challenges.

Supported by an independent board of regional advisors, the Australian Regional Women’s Leadership Forum is based on the belief that regional and rural women represent an enormously under-utilised national resource. Through supporting the flow of women into leadership positions, tremendous cultural and economic benefits will be generated for regional communities.
