A powerful journey of personal and professional discovery

The Leadership Voice is a highly interactive, full-day program designed to assist new and aspiring managers in understanding and realising their leadership potential. The program provides a unique opportunity to identify and develop personal methods and mindsets and assists new managers in creating their own Leadership Voice.

An exploration of various leadership styles underpins the themes of the day helping participants to deal with common leadership challenges and develop a greater understanding of how to leverage their own individual style. A key factor of the program is the opportunity to learn and develop in a dynamic peer group environment.

The Leadership Voice is part of the WLA’s seminar series and compliments the highly regarded Leadership Toolkit seminar, which focuses on practical strategies to deal with complex situations and high level challenges in both work and personal life. Over recent years, the seminar series has inspired and guided over 30,000 women across all Australian sectors and industries.
